Swaralaya Gurukulam promotes and supports carnatic music in chennai.
We passionately offer carnatic vocal and Violin music classes and lessons in Chennai locations as well as online Internet classes, for all age groups and all levels.
Founded and mentored by Artistic Director Ms. Divya Muralidharan, Swaralaya Gurukulam has been promoting carnatic music, Bharathanatyam, Violin in chennai for more than 14 years. We have also been offering carnatic music lessons to hundreds of students Kerala and Tamilnadu. Our students, ranging from 4 years of age to 45, learn and practice carnatic music the right way and proudly participate and present carnatic songs in festivals and celebrations.
Mrs. Divya Muralidharan is a pioneer and professional musician in carnatic music from great Kalakshetra. She has been in the panel of judges in Kerala Kalolsavam.
Our music classes impart methodical, intensive training to students to attain proficiency in carnatic music. Classes are structured to include carnatic music theory and yoga.
Swaralaya Gurukulam Classes are not just for students aspiring to become singers and instrumentalists, but for everyone who has a passion for carnatic music and would like to just sing or play some of their favorite bhajans and kirthanas (songs).
